Service history

It was a normal transportation, the car was loaded on Friday and was supposed to be unloaded on Tuesday. At the border, it turned out that the car was overloaded on the axles and the driver was fined UAH 50,000. All weekend, our manager held negotiations with the carrier, found out the reasons for such a situation and ways to solve it. The carrier demanded to issue this fine to our customer, but thanks to the high competence of our manager, the situation was resolved in such a way that our Customer did not even know that there was any fine and any overloading and was able to calmly enjoy the legal weekend.

P.S.: The client paid the cost of transportation according to the application, without additional payments.

Task

Urgent delivery of a batch of mineral fertilizers of 1012 tons according to a fixed budget for all logistics

Result

Within 2 weeks, we organized the delivery of the entire batch (46 full 20t cars) to various settlements in Ukraine

Situation

We have many years of experience in shipping aerosol packaged mounting foam for retail. Therefore, we know that such goods can be transported in an ordinary awning, without the corresponding ADR class. One evening, the driver called our manager and informed that the car was not allowed into Ukraine, citing the fact that the car did not have an ADR. This situation could cause serious consequences, so our director sent a letter to the Ministry of Ecology of Ukraine at around 12 midnight with links to all the relevant points of DOPNV with a request to release the car. In this way, the misunderstanding was quickly resolved and the car arrived in Ukraine on the same day.

Situation

Our customer needed to clear customs and deliver equipment from France to Zaporizhzhia. When we contacted the agency in France, we received a refusal to open an export declaration and Euro 1, motivated by the fact that the entire Zaporizhzhia region is displayed as an occupied territory in their database.

Decision

Our manager sent a letter to the agency confirming that the cargo is not going to the occupied territories, and that the city of Zaporizhia is under the control of Ukraine, but it did not help. Then he turned to the Polish agency, where they promised to clear customs, but upon arrival we were refused again. In the end, when the driver with the cargo was already halfway to Slovakia, where we were promised help, we managed to clear the cargo remotely.

Situation

This was the beginning of our cooperation on the transportation of window glass on the pyramids and everything was fine. But on the third trip, an incident occurred: the driver braked sharply on the way and the structure on the pyramids moved off, which led to a partial breakdown of the glass. At unloading, the situation worsened and it turned out that they could not unload the car, as well as establish the exact number of combat. The situation is difficult, so already in the morning our director together with the logistician went to the factory, independently examined the car and started looking for solutions.

Decision

Our employees quickly found and rented a manipulator with a suction cup, hired a team of loaders and organized the unloading of the car. Of course, we took over all costs for organizing this process and compensated the cost of broken glass in full within a week. Our Client was pleasantly surprised by such prompt resolution of the issue and it became a prerequisite for further fruitful cooperation.

Service history

Our customer needed to transport 1 statue from Ukraine to Cyprus. After selecting the right vehicle and agreeing the route, it turned out that the sender’s warehouse did not have the necessary equipment for cargo operations. In addition, due to the long processing of the necessary documents, the scheduled loading date fell on the last day of use by the customer of this warehouse. Our manager took the matter of finding the equipment upon himself. He managed to complete the task even better than the assigned one, because instead of the standard penalty, he rented a converted tractor, which coped with the load in the same way, but cost the Client 2000 UAH cheaper.

Task

To help a regular Client to import an industrial boiler room with elements of distribution equipment and a robotic packaging machine for its own production

Result

Our manager promptly submitted a trawl to the loading site. In the process of loading, we discovered that the actual packaging of the robotic machine could not guarantee the integrity of the cargo during transportation by open transport, so we submitted a request to the Latvians for repackaging. After weighing the terms and the proposed price, they decided to transport this equipment by loading it in a covered car under the most optimal conditions. In this way, the cargo arrived at the customer in good quality and on time.

Situation

We brought quite expensive chairs from Estonia. The car for unloading arrived in the evening, and it so happened that the employee responsible for the reception needed to leave urgently, and he signed the CMR after superficially inspecting the cargo. During unloading, it turned out that 2 chairs were actually missing. Closer to night, a customer calls our director in shock about what to do.

Decision

Serhii explained all the details of the car’s condition, reassured the customer and informed him of the algorithm of our actions according to the Convention. From 7 in the morning, he started contacting the sender’s warehouse, went through all the stages of the bureaucracy to request a video recording of the loading of this car. It turned out that the Estonians simply forgot to load two chairs and they remained in the warehouse.
