What are the terms of cargo delivery to Ukraine?

How to calculate the cost of transportation?

To find out the exact cost of transportation, you need to inform us of the place of loading and unloading, where customs clearance and customs clearance will take place, as well as provide information about the cargo (weight, volume/dimensions and name). Our manager will immediately make a calculation for you and offer a car for the desired dates. Unfortunately, in the conditions of constant changes in the procedures and legislation of Ukraine and other countries, prices for freight transportation often fluctuate and many factors affect this. We constantly keep our finger on the pulse and inform our Clients in advance about a possible increase or tendency to decrease the price and tell when it is more profitable to carry.

Will you be able to ship a container from a European port?

Yes of course. In wartime conditions, we regularly deliver cargo by container carriers from the ports of Gdansk and Gdynia (Poland), Varna (Bulgaria), Tekirdag (Turkey), Constanta (Romania), Klaipeda (Lithuania), Riga (Latvia). In order to accurately calculate the cost of transportation, we will need information from you on where to take the container after unloading.

Will you be able to clear the cargo?

Yes of course. If necessary, we will open an EX-1 export declaration or a T1 transit declaration in any country in Europe and Asia without any problems.

How can I pay for transportation?

Payment can be made in any way: non-cash settlement (including in foreign currency for foreign companies), cash, bank card. We agree on the terms of payment individually and fix them in the contract and application for transportation.

When should I order a car?

Of course, it is better to order a car in advance. So we will plan our transport for your loading and we will be able to fix the price for you. But we also work with urgent orders. There were several situations when we submitted the car for loading within 1 hour).
